Passionate in serving others through avenues of therapeutic massage, I am committed to giving my best to provide both pain relief and relaxation to every client.

As a seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist, I am trained in a number of relaxation and deep-tissue modalities such as myofascial release (MFR,) Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, and neuromusclar therapy (NMT.) I have experience with care in the disability, geriatric, and hospice arenas.  And, I specialize in relief of sciatica, migraines, cervicogenic headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as elbow tendonitis. In terms of pressure, my range is everything from light to comprehensive-deep tissue. Additionally, I am dually licensed as an esthetician, therefore, I am also able to incorporate my knowledge of skincare into my practice. 

For those who have extra tension or more problematic areas to work through, I offer up to 2 1/2 hour long sessions.
